To Present At Bear Stearns

20^th Annual Media Conference

Washington, DC - Radio One, Inc. ("Radio One") (NASDAQ: ROIAK and ROIA) announced today that Scott R. Royster, Executive Vice President and CFO, will present at the Bear Stearns 20^th Annual Media Conference ("Bear Stearns Conference").

The Bear Stearns Conference will be held March 4 through March 7, 2007 at The Breakers, Palm Beach, Florida.  Mr. Royster is scheduled to present on Monday, March 5, 2007 at 2:40 p.m. Eastern Time.
